I only have 3 morning and 3 evening flights. I stick to planes with no more then 180 passengers. Remember check the planes type when picking. As some have 19 and some have 400! do not schedule the 400 count ones back to back with no gap. Or you will deffinitly have cancled flights. Need a minimium of 2 hours gap. All flights should have 1 hour gaps. So makeing more gates for planes is a must.
Also runway cost is set to 600. And passenger set to 35$

@timberdragon Nice as well, smart strategy too! :-)
What kind of daily profit are you guys seeing with that setup roughly, just curious?
But if i can get the research for pricing done in time then im rolling in the cash.

1) Before I build anything I research finance- Gonna need those loans later
2) Build an office so it's ready for when I can hire a finance COO
3) Upgrade my runway with lights
4) Build a small hangar and the luggage system
5) I move my baggage collect point closer to the top as it will save me money when adding the conveyer system
6) My security setup- 1 ID check, 2 scanners and 3 metal detectors ( I add an extra ID check later)
7) Build the second plane gate
the 2 gates (with 3 desks each) and the runway light allows me to get 10 flights per day. I will have a 767 in the mornings at 4 but for the rest of the day I won't go bigger than the 707 (180pax)
As soon as I hire my finance COO i research loans and then pricing......and then the money comes $$$
He has ticket desks at down near the baggage claim. You must be tired lol.
I keep mine as 700-800 to airline to cover part of staff. And 35-40 per passanger to make money. At beg8inning your walking fine line with airlines to keep them happy. So i wouldnt raise it that much at start. But once get stable i would set it :-)
And ya vending machines all i use at the moment. As They are lot faster also then cafe. So people dont tend to miss flights as often useing them. Though takes a while to recover costs when place them. Their almost 4k each :-( but after a few days should break even and start geting a profit from them.
