Is there anyway to turn off the player made names? Seeing someone named AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA is horrible.

I've created multiple shops, eg clothing store, pharmacy, candy, etc, and 4 registers in each. They were working fine, but lately finding an issue where one register in each store no longer works and the error states it needs to be inside a store zone, even though it clearly is right at the back of the store. the 3 other registers in each store work fine, and I have sufficient staff to cover them all including the ones that wont work.
