How can I get a spider painting?

(As I'm not a native english speaker, I'm afraid that my writing in english is not really good. But I would be so thankful if you help me despite my bad writing.)

I've just collected 8 animal paintings, but I can't collect the last painting-the spider. I searched steam forum and wandered the location they informed(shelf BV, on the 7th floor), but Brian in my game says there are too many files to look around(I don't know the exact expression in english but I guess you guys will catch what I'm saying)

Did I miss some kind of clue which is connected with the location shelf BV so I cannot access to the shelf?(and the event does not occur?) or does the info I have searched is outdated?

And can I ask some question about 72.4.2 savefile?
When I load this file, my computer freeze up. Right after loading the file, I can move around a while(I guess). But after a move to the left, I can't move the character anymore. and when I can't move character, computer does not work immediately.

I played Yuppie Psycho without any technical problems (my computer is best equipped). This is the only problem I'm suffering. When I load this file, the problem occurs.
Some of the symptoms are : I can't type anything even switching to other windows. I must force off the computer and this is the only way to quit the game.
What should I have to do?
