Dutch oven help

can't get the stuff at Dutch oven mine to make the battery fabricator and I've went to Dutch oven like 10 times I have no idea what to do my companion just keeps telling me to go to Dutch oven mind and find technology

First question: when you say you can't get it, do you mean you can't find it within the ruins, or you can't get into the ruins at all?

If it's the latter (which I've seen other people had problems with), you get into the El Vibrato structure by making a key using the previous device. (The 5 scraps you got to make the device was only to fix it - you need another 5 each time you want to make a key.)

Well there is a complete chain on the whole el vibrato stuff on the wiki if you google it. However actually finding the machines and starting them up is not that difficult, you only have to find the correct parts and insert them. Unlike some other quests its not some kind of absurd and funny solution to the problem to any of these ones. The hard part is actually figuring out how the machines actually work when you get them to run. So I would recommend actually trying to find the machines and starting them up before you google any guides atleast.

yeah thanks that worked I just needed to click on it it was not giving me the option when i walked passed it

oh jeebus I feel so dumb. I had my panel out and it was covering it every time I walked into the room lol. Thanks!
