4 + 4 + 3 = 11?

I'm a Ruthless Cow Puncher with a Goblin Pardner called Wilbur Fubbernuck and I'm proud of it dangnabbit!

Edit*: and obviously I'm riding the Dark Horse...
Edit**: and for some reason I'm now wearing a "Silvercoated Turnip Crown" it adds to the mystique, don't question me!

My first run was a solo hard mode cow puncher. Now that's a way to extend play time

I suggest multi-classing for your 4th playthrough. :p

The problem with multiclassing is you can only go into Necro. And Alice really disapproves.

The game's pretty flexible with this stuff if you tinker with the skills in the save file, although obviously if anything goes wrong and it breaks, I wouldn't expect dev support to get it fixed. But still, it can make things more interesting if you've done a couple of runs already.

Did anybody find all 4 pardners? There's the cute woman, the crazy miner, and the goblin...maybe one of the bandits? I 'unno.

As for dabbling in necro magics, it has some painful tradeoffs (like -15 to melee damage, which seriously hurt playing as a Cow Puncher).

There's Susie and Alice; not sure which one's supposed to be the "cute woman".

HUH! Never found anyone named "Alice." (HINDSIGHT) Wait a minute, wasn't Alice that doctor woman who was drinking? How'd she become a Pardner?!

Susie's the tough girl, and I'm attracted to tough girls like that (if they don't look like goths or thugs, I mean). :3

To find Alice, talk to the Hostler...
The Golden Knight Aug 19, 2017 @ 6:53pm
Lol, you responded just as hindsight hit me. Still, how to make her a pardner...
Elegant Caveman Aug 19, 2017 @ 6:59pm
Not sure what else I can say that's not too spoilery... she really doesn't like the undead?

Full spoiler: Talking to the Hostler will let you know that Alice, the town's doctor, likes to drink. You can find some whiskey in the bar's basement with the goblin.

Bringing Alice the whiskey well get you invited inside; if you talk to her after meeting/fighting the skeletons in the cemetery, you'll be able to discuss the undead with her and convince her to join up with you to hunt down the necromancer that's raising the dead.

You need to talk to her multiple times (have a discussion, close the discussion window, then talk to her again) to unlock the final discussion about the necromancer.
