Pickle Factory codes

I'm stuck on tring to solve the factory's codes but I can't figure out the vinegar and salt puzzles. Got any ideas?

The intro text when you have a ghostly vision of being a pickle factory worker tells you what all the target settings for the puzzles are. After that, it's just a matter of figuring out what combination gets you there.

EDIT - If you skipped past the instructions thinking they weren't important, there's a gravestone outside the factory that will summarize them.

The cuke shunts have numbers on them and should be balanced. As for figuring that out, it's up to you.

The actual numbers you can get as per Lokiator's post, but to turn it into a puzzle you could brute force if you want, the first digit for the salinity is 9 (so 9_ _) and the appropriate temp for the vinegar starts with 1.
