I keep getting confused trying to solve this, It says blood before ichor, Milk after something and so on, How to solve this puzzle?

It's not always the same. Though I've had milk-blood-ichor the three times I tried it, so that seems to be a common one, I guess.

Well, Now it first said, "And remember, Doug. 'Ichor after milk, Ritual's smooth as silk", Than, It says, "Remember what the big guy said: 'Blood before Ichor, Start that soldier's ticker.", Than it says, "Doug, It's 'Blood after Ichor, Fail and turn to liquor." "That doesn't sound half bad at this point. You guys are jerks." and random ♥♥♥♥ again, I restarted this playthrough three times, I had to write this here because i don't want to end up restarting this all over again :L, So is it blood and than ichor and than milk?
