Screw Ghostwood
When the Witcher 3 made a bureaucracy quest, it was fun. This is literal bureaucracy and cannot be fun, you nimcopoops >.>

I found the fact that it wasn't fun, fun, somehow.

This made me howl with laughter. Some of us do find parody bureaucracy fun...

It was a liiiittle bit too close to an exaggerated version of actual, real-life bureaucracy to my taste, hence the rant. Still love the game. Not gonna bother visiting Ghostwood ever again tho :>

Its done to ♥♥♥♥ with you on purpose obviously like many other things in the game. Somehow the annoying bits made me smile knowing i was being screwed around with, but that it also had an end to it.

It cracked me up tbh... I could hardly believe how far they were willing to go with it!

This is metafunny = not funny

Still better than hunting for Gnorbert's comic books imo.

I found the whole thing amusing. I especially liked the dialogue of your poor, exacerbated character. Just remember to buy your beer, get your whiskey when you get your permit and for the love of red tape bring your #3 ghost pencil, stapler, file folder and staple remover. And if anyone figures out how to open/use the ghost whiskey bottle (not the shot), let me know.

The concept is funny, but after doing it the first time around I just ignore it on all future playthroughs. My most recent game still even has the "NEW" tag on Ghostwood.

The game got me good when it told me I needed to actually get the pencil BACK from the mayor after I had him sign the papers instead of presuming it stayed in my inventory. The text box choice I had for that summarized my feelings perfectly. "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥."

I still laughed though.

tikiman572, after what had been done to me so far I had anticipated that twist and talked to the Mayor again immediately after he signed the papers.

Some jokes work for some people and not for others. I have a tangentally government job, so it's kind of awesome.
