Step 1. Buy cotton candy.
Step 2. Buy cotton candy again and steal his thing.
Step3. Put it in the lost and found and if you took everything out of the lost and found then its too late.
Step 3.1. Go to the child and say you will get his lucky bottle cap back and then go to the hot dog stand and you will find the lost and found once you talk to him.
Step 4. Talk to him and tell him that you say his item in the lost and found
Step 5. Go and interact with it again and you should get the acheivement.
