Potemkin Gang

How do I "deal" with the Potemkin Gang. I found out that the town are made out of wooden boards and theres a tnt barrel behind them.

But there is only 1 gangmember blocking me from entering the fake buildings

I don't remember my exact steps, but I spoke to one of the gang members, they needed something so they moved to another building, used the outhouse, went behind, used the TNT, exploded the gang.

I solved it, but not in your way. I force all the gangmembers to the jail and cut the rope

How do I kill them? I have them in front of the dynamite store but I can't blow them up

The dynamite store is (I think intentional) misdirection. I fell for that too.

You need the Ruthless perk to blow them up with the dynamite, I believe

How do you unlock this perk? I got everybody behind the same store, but i can't blow the dynamite. Any clue?

You get the ruthless perk by shooting the sleeping bandit in the prologue. If you don't have it by the time you leave the prologue, you can't blow them up it seems.

It's quite boring to blow quests without knowing it. Same happened in the first part of the game with the soap in the tube, in order to get the jail's lock.

And now i can't complete the game (is there an ending scene anyway?). I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loved the game, but the end is bitter now...uncompleted

Why can you not complete the game?

As far as I know, there's nothing that can completely block you from completing the game, at least finishing the main storyline. You can lock yourself out of various side-quests, but not the main thing... I think.

And yeah, there's an ending scene that kind of shows a "what happened to everyone after the story".

ah my bad... i thought they were just some side quests.
- i have left : last skeleton at petting cemetery
- potemkin gang
- inspect the lost dutch oven mine
- main stage at the circus

After getting Norton in the train ride, i thought it was the end. But my partner tells me these are the only 3 things remaining (3 first listed above). Apart from a line when they say to each other "hey let's go watch the cutscene together". But i didn't get a proper ending yet
