Maximum Meat in Prologue (How to get A Fistful of Cutlets)
I was trying to figure out the maximum amount of meat that you can get in the prologue from the various sources. Right now, I'm sitting at 1230. I suspect that it should be a bit higher than that, but not sure of the permutations to get there.

You're a little lean. It's pretty tricky to get the maximum, and it's easy to lock yourself out of it on a given character.

I want to save him, but then I feel like I'm about 400 short of my goal, Jick and I don't think the bartender gives you a reward for actually not killing him. Hmmm.

Kill the gang and the sheriff gives you 500, not 400.

Simplest way would be to shoot the sleeping guy, drown the one in the bathtub, annd then shoot the leaders from behind. That ends 3 of them and you have to fight 1 guy. It's what I did on the achievement run.
