Return of Horsery contract in KoL and Horse Armor DLC?

I was wondering if the Horsery contract will return to Kingdom of Loathing along with the Steam codes the Horsery gives for the Horse Armor DLC. Just unlocked Oliver's place and the Free Drink DLC for Shadows Over Loathing. Thank you so much!

We don't typically bring back items to Mr. Store in KoL except in a few very particular cases (VIP Lounge Key, say), and I think the Horsery Contract is in that same category. There are a few available in the KoL Mall, though they are very expensive. You might be able to negotiate a lower price in the trade channel, though?
