the reason it is annoying is that it seems to only happen once per file(once per day???????) and if you get it when you dont have a pickaxe it just seems to never show up again and you are SOL. ive never seen what happens when you do the ritual.
2) The spot in the far right is for the Boop-iest member.
Hint:
El-Vibrato
Full Spoiler:
The booping drone at the Curios Abandoned Well
Detailed:
In the room with it, you need to set the teleporter to Dirtwater by assigning an East and South value. It will tell you how far off you are each time, so just adjust accordingly. With the correct numbers, it will be whisked away to join the band.
Damn that was the only thing I didnt fiddle with when I was looking for the last guy. I didnt think it would be something like that. I feel lazy for not having spent time on that when I figured out the granddaughter puzzle, the military cemetery puzzle and all the other more annoying puzzles out on my own (granted had to google the numbers at one of the graves until I figured out it was naval semafore and the diamond I did not figure out until somebody told me about it later).
And whereas you never had stardust, I never found the glass ball.
I give up. Would you tell me about the glass ball?
The Glass Ball is sold by Murray at his curiosity shop. He's the insane guy in Dutch Oven - put an El Vibrato headband on him and have him set up shop in Dirtwater.
The other musician you're missing plays the jawharp.
The musician is the female hippy in Fort of Darkness making noises because she's bored. That's not enough though, you also need the jawharp itself which is in Cavern Canyon's bar in a pile of bones. (Hot Doug is in the kitchen which is the hole before the bar) .
Actually, I was messing around with El Vibrato stuff and managed to free Murray
and find the Glass Sphere shortly after I posted this. But thank you, because I found the jawharp, but forgot about the lip-flipping hippie.
I haven't had to deal with cryptic clues on opposite ends of a game since I played La-Mulana.
