Is it just me or is Bull Stomp ridiculously underpowered?

3 +3 damage per rank and the ranks cost a TON of XP. It doesn't do much.

It would work better if it was available earlier. Even combined with Alice it's weakish in most fights that I've seen. Stun all would be more playable imo.

Not only this, but cow punchers can craft leather gear, and the boots add lots of stomp damage.

the stomp damage doesn't scale though, unless i'm missing something here?

I just leveled my bull stomp all the way to 5/5 (on hard mode) and attacked a group of hellcows with it and no one was stunned. :(

I can confirm that maxed bull stomp does not stun. Does ok damage maxed out + crafted boots, but yeah it doesn't scale with anything/

I had some boots that gave me +5 stomp; 20 damage AoE is an utterly useless thing end game.

I noticed a lot of skills were just kind of useless. Snake Whip and Summon Snake scaled terribly.

Sadly true. I've tried all three classes, and in each case, I only bothered with a few of the skills.

Before I invest in this skill at all, was the bug ever fixed so Bull Stomp would stun enemies?

Well... It looks like Zack "fixed" it by removing the stun code and the mention of it in the skill? I guess it was being resistant to fixin' the regular way?

That's too bad, sounds like its not really a worthwhile skill if it has weak damage, no scaling, and no stun or other extra component to make it stand out :(.
