Yes, ( i was thinking it may be a pathing problem) you need to navigate to where you want to load it from, so make sure its where the maps are saved.
So if thats not your problem, what does the error log show?, ie why does it fail to load. You did temp turn of all mods i assume, once you know what to look for, you can edit the map xml.
