how to lower nightmares?

returning to this game after not playing for almost 2 years, can't remember where I can lower nightmares

I think I'm in Albion (where the clockwork sun is located)

It's the only place where you can actually get rid of nightmares, and it gets more expensive each time.
Other places only reduce terror.

yes you will be met by your good friend from outside the locomotive and the two of you decide to go for a walk outside the locomotive. its very refreshing out there you know.
