Am I SoL for unseasoned hours now?

I just went back to my mining claim w/ about 5 slots open for hours in my hold only to find out my claim is dried up. Ok fine, I talked to the foreman and he confirmed it.. Then gave me like FIFTEEN more hours!? There's no bank in lustrum so is my only way of generating them now gone and I have to jettison a sh*t load of ones I just obtained?

It's a little irritating that just by speaking to the foreman about it you get dumped with a huge stash of them when there was nothing hinting that'd happen or a note like with the other times you gather stating something like "make sure you have a lot of hold capacity".

But hours are really common for mining anyway.

Ok thx, it's a minor gripe and not a dealbreaker but it would've been nice to be informed before getting my hold load doubled lol

Yeah, the only warning you get is like a one-off line about coming back to Lustrum with room in your hold. But I think you can come back later and stake a new claim, can't you? Been a while since I played.

I got that notification earlier when visiting to *gather* a haul that was mined, but when it dries up your option is something like "talk to the foreman" and he just dumps like 10+ hours on you

As far as going back to stake a new claim no I don't think so, I visited about a month or so later at least one time and got no option to find a new one, just to climb the mountain with a massive iron stat check.

You can always sell to Mr. Pennies. He just gives you a fraction of the cost, but it is still more than jettisoning them.

He gave me 1 coin for 1 hour once, so it wasn't worth it imo.
