The Albion-Eleutheria transit relay

I can't find the beginning of the quest to construct a transit relay (searched it in the majority of the ports in Eleutheria and Albion) and would greatly appreciate if someone would at least give me the clue where it may be.

The starting point is in Albion. You'll have to find a storyline, I think it's in London, that tells you where to go.

It is supposed to start in London; I think you have to look under the "Explore London" tab to find it. It should then be close to the top of the list.

One of the requirements for the quest is to have visited Eleutheria, so just be aware of that in case you've not been there yet.
