Incognito Princess ending reward

So, I've just finished the quest of the Incognito Princes, what a badass crazy woman! I've enjoyed it a lot until the end.

Now happens that one of the options is unclear... I can shred her skin for an unknowned reward. It's very tempting, but it would drive me nuts if the reward is a Searing Enigma or something like that. Can I get an answer for this? I don't mind spoilers.

1 Crimson Promise and some exp. And you'll also have to go to Paranesi to get those.

Woah, thank you mate because you've saved me a lot of rage. I usually go for this kind of misterious choices, but after the Traitor's Wood quest (and losing lots of stats) I'm really careful about them.
