Traitor's Wood Summerset Camp Regeant's Grave expedition walkthrough.

I don't actually have a release edition walkthrough, sorry.

I'm trying to figure out the different options for the Summerset Camp expeditions, what works, what doesn't, what a captain's attribute numbers should be, etc. I've done this storyline last week and it gave me a permanent stat debuff. I'd like to avoid that in the future.

Anyone want to go total spoiler and point me to a walkthrough or we can create one here? I've searched around gamepedia, etc and everything's out of date information for beta test versions.

There are ways to complete this quest without stat losses, but it's not obvious what the choices are in advance. To prevent any stat loss and complete the whole quest, in the second exploration, you have the option to enter the cave alone or send your crew first. Sending the crew first will mean they ALL die (make sure you have some crew left on board before picking that option), but you avoid the -1 penalty to all stats.

Then, at the end of the quest when you head to the Regent's Grave, you need to let the companion you chose take the burden. If you let yourself be possessed instead, you'll get a heavy stat penalty.
