So what's the deal with Curator's Eggs?
Hey fellas, just wondering what the dealio is with these things. I know you can sell them for a very nice bundle of cash but I'm wondering if they have some other valuable properties, as was the case for many items in Sunless Seas. Would be nice to know because it's quite the mission to obtain one and adult Curators are pretty damn terrifying.

In Pan you can sell them too for a lot of those currencies usable only there, forgot the name.

It's not a curator that hatches. But it's adorable. Also disgusting. But adorable.

I got the mascot with my second egg (or maybe 3rd?).
Is it connected with the Lavenders achievement? Cuz mine didnt pop
