Double so when you are a stone throw from a port.
But yeah, could do without ridiculously long wait before 'Adrift' event.
What I find odd is: They completely rebalanced ship speed and fuel/supply efficiency, but honestly feels much worse with the small ship holds.
They also increased the focus on trading, meaning there is gonna be a ton more "runs" that don't involve engaging with the meat of the game, the unique story opertunities at each port as you advance thru the game.
I'm a huge fan of Sunless Sea, and felt all these issues with that game were more quirks, and that they added to the atmosphere. Here, in Sunless Skies, it just does not feel the same, and all the layers between story just feel like extra padding and tedium.
edit: I don't know about this ships crashing into you stuff. I've seen a few ppl write about this, yet have never experianced it in game. Not sure how some find it so hard to avoid colision.
