Incognito Princess's quest

Just looking for some pointers - I'm currently doing the Incognito Princess's quest where she's asking me to meet a mysterious someone at a crossroads in Eleutheria. Any hints as to where that crossroads is? I feel like I've explored 99% of the region's map and not found anything.

It's a random event you can find by pressing F.

it's a random find but it usually appears around the north or southeast of the region

I actually got it around Eagle's Empyrean not long after posting this. But it's odd, because somehow I seem to remember the game telling me it would be around the arrival transit relay to Eleutheria (which for me is the very Southern tip of the map). It being a random event only found by using the scout is a very odd choice, if true.

So the way it works (I am pretty sure at least) is that when the game is first created it will randomly pick areas to put certain objects. For these particular items they're put around the further edges of the map and their spawn points will usually be very similar meaning you can usually go back after a while and find them in similar spots. I THINK they share spawn points with other discoveries, but I am also VERY sure that once you find a spawn node, it doesn't change spots. The reason I say this is because I find some things at the same exact spots on numerous occassions. Around the berringer (I think it is?) whenever I go over there are numerous spawn nodes directly on top of one another. So typically when I go by that location I get around three to four spawned items to just pick up or touch. Though SOME of the nodes don't seem to spawn SOME kinds of random events. For example I seem to always find library nodes and hermit nodes in similar spots.

I think it's this way for every region in the game, but I could be wrong. This was just my observations on it. Anywho, I've found the crossroads in about 5 locations at the edge of my map.
