Eleutheria Terror
After spending a lot of time staying between The Reach and Albion i finally began to explore Eleutheria (also just using the new gateway from Albion). Wanted to know whats the best way to keep terror in check there. Noticed that its a bit more difficult than in Albion (at least personally) Any suggestion aside from trying to hunt flukes and Pan? Thanks in advance! :)

Note: Still need to discover 2 ports and havent checked very deep into storylets YET.

When you find a port called Achlys you can visit the House of Silks. Here you can buy bongs hookah pipes to reduce terror. 10 gold each, as many as you need.

Langley Hall, Caduceus, and the House of Rods and Chains can also potentially reduce a lot of Terror if you can unlock the various options and pay their prices. Eleutheria's not the worst place, if you can afford it, and if you can outfight/outrun the various enemies. The wide-open spaces help with the latter.
