Bargains bug?

Has anyone noticed a problem buying bargains? I'm at Port Avon, trying to buy Verdant Seeds, but the button is greyed out and I can't adjust the amount of seeds at all. I do have enough money for them; that was the first thing I checked. For reference, this is a save I imported from the procgen branch, and I did quit and reload. Same problem occurs.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Maaaaaybe I've figured it out, started a new game and was able to accept a prospect for seeds, but haven't found where to buy the seeds yet... but the prospect did not show up in my other game, I was unable to see it in the bazaar although I was told about it by the Seasoned Captains.

This potentially sounds like one of our known Prospects and Bargains issues[www.failbettergames.com]. While some Bargains will only appear at certain ports, there are a number that can appear at any port within a region. So for example you might see A good price for Verdant Seeds at Avon and Magdalene's (or any of the other non-hub ports). Currently if you take advantage of this Bargain at Magdalene's, it will then become locked out at Avon. We're looking into this at the moment and it will hopefully be fixed in the next update, however at this stage we're not sure if we'll fix it so that you'll be able to take advantage of duplicate Bargains, or whether you'll not see duplicate Bargains at all.
