Where is this setting? Saw it in action today and instantly jelly
If you ever want to understand what a setting means, just place your mouse cursor over it. It'll pull up an explanation.
I am doing "highway to hell" right now, and the ennemies waves destroy my units.
Is there an upgrade i am missing ? can you upgrade your units ? any tips ?
I barely used the salvage system, i saw a nanoforge, should i use it ? how ?
You need to buff yourself for that map. Level up your stuff, get more units, and it's also advised to bring a friend.
I can solo most things in this game but I don't play Highway to Hell by myself. It is too much to juggle. You want one person to protect your fortress and one person to push and take the outposts and protect the far one once it is taken. A third guy to help if either of you get in trouble is great but you can probably get by.
The reason your units are dying is you are trying to juggle too much. You probably dont have enough time to setup what you need at the fortress and push and take/protect the outposts.
I'm not sure if the quest has changed since I last played but two things that often get overlooked in that quest is protecting against buckies and slowing down the oncoming enemies. Aegis helps with the buckies. Stasis mines help slow down the enemies.
Also, a couple of lunchboxes help. I set them in the sockets on top of the fort so you can use the other sockets for defense.
Are there vulcans? I can't remember. Enough anti-air to take care of them is important. I prefer Gorgon to take out vulcans.
I'm not sure if its only the canary build but I can adjust the skills at will by right clicking to remove points.
Sure enough! Thanks! I'm not on Canary right now so it works on live.
If you do decide to keep playing the game to its "entirity" you'll soon find that your mech will be what carries you much more than units will especially thought parts. The alternative to (a ton of) grinding to at least complete the first difficulty would be to use an old strategy from before there were OP parts and similar items. You're essentially just going to budget the use of Uber consumables which you can buy from shop somewhere and build/pickup to consume like any unit, you can bring up to 2 per mission. Depending on mech the powerup you get from using it goes from meh to super OP as it will super buff a certain ability of the mech. I recommend Paladin, Saucer, or Angel (Best>Better>Good order) on Highway To Hell.
