Pinewood Chop`s collect glitch

Hi i have problem with quest in Archades. When i`m trying to collect chops from npc`s i don`t see them in my inventory. Is there a way i can fix it somehow?

i checked and it wasn`t there. I collected pinewood from all npcs in 4 locations in Archades and it wasn`t in inventory and loot.

did you already trade them in for the sandalwood chop?

how can i trade items that i don`t have?. When i talked to all npcs i chcecked my inventory and items and it wasn`t there. First I thought meaby it`s this kind of items that i can`t see and i went to chopmaster but he said i had already traded this so i tried to talk with Cab Guide but it wasn`t working.

IDK what I can do here. I loaded my save many times i looked for solutions on websites and i couldn`t find any
