Well - that really sucks for you, i don't own a switch and will not get one either, but that certainly is a dumb move to exclude that option. If it was an entirely new game then ok, maybe, but even then i think it is a bad idea. But this game is ooooolllld, many of those that buy it have already played one of the version on the PS2 a long time ago. And you should not be forced to finish it before getting the other modes unlocked.
Use Wither in Zodiark, Omega Mark and Yiazmat, they will end up hitting you with only 200 damage, just before defeating Omega, summon Zeromus, cast bubble on him, when you reach stage 100, equip nihopalaoa and tosses an Elixir on him and cast Big Bang, it will instantly kill 3 of the 5 judges, making the fight a joke.
The only mention of the PC-specific changes to New Game Plus/Minus that I found were the PC version press releases when it launched and a small blurb at the top of the FF12 PC Gaming Wiki page for the game[www.pcgamingwiki.com].
