Job Respec
When you respec your job assignments, does this also refund the quickenings/espers that you assign to your characters? Or are these choices still permanent through any job changes? Wondering if you could assign an esper early for skills that are more worthwhile in the early game, and then respec later once you have access to endgame spells, techs and gear.

Yes, everything is refunded including Espers and Quickenings.

And of course you also get back all your LP, so you really never lose anything, and can't screw up anything. Experiment away! :)
