how to access henne mines phase 2?

i got 10 espers and i talk to chef at jahara but nothing happen.
how can i access henne mines phase 2?

Make sure you have completed the other hunts in Henne Mines as well (Ixtab and Mind Flayer).

Also, there isn't really anything special that happens when you talk to the Geomancer. He just tells you it's dangerous etc. etc. The gate will simply be open when you down into the mines.

so i need to reach top of the Pharos of Ridorana so sad ): i want to kill Zodiark first and fast farm exp to 99.

You don't need to complete Pharos. There are 2 Espers in Pharos - meaning you can get exactly 10 Espers before Pharos and unlock Henne Mines (13 Espers in total, 2 in Pharos and 1 is Zodiark, leaving 10 others).

You are confusing Ixtab and Ixion, I think :)

Ixtab is a very early hunt, taking place in Henne Mines.

if that the case i still can't access henne phase 2 i did have 10 espers and i did Hunt No.12 an No.15 unless i need to hunt some no.41-45 quest?
