nihopalaoa on pc doesn't work

I tried ever button on my mouse and on my keyboard but nothing i can't choose the enemy and if i use the gambit it seem to ignore the foe. Any ideals thanks.

You use whatever button you would normally use to switch targets, and use the item on them.

A gambit should work too, for instance Foe: Highest HP ---> Remedy will spam the enemy with remedies until you turn gambits off.(but you can do something like putting Foe: Status = Blind---> Attack above it so that it doesn't spam (replacing whatever status the enmy can be affected with).

well its my mouse wheel but it only change between my team that's what i don't understand.
