Near-Ending question [SPOILERS]

I think I missed a cutscene, not sure if it's a bug or what.

At the end of Pharos, after beating Dr. Cid and his thingy, Reddas jumps into the sun-cyst and sacrifices himself to save the gang. That's all well and good. But then was there a missing cutscene with like a big explosion or something? He starts to jump in, then there are 3 random scenes of other locations in the game for 1 second each, a FMV of the gang in the airship for 2 seconds, and then it's all over. Next thing you know, the Black Russian is talking.

Did I miss an FMV, or is it actually that lame? Cause it feels like this is a really pivotal moment, not a "lol k let's cut away from it" thing.

Might be an issue with Steam and the game files. I'd suggest running a file integrity check in Steam, maybe it didn't download the cutscenes correctly.

Nvm; I looked it up on YouTube and it's that short. Kind of wish they had cut a bit out of that big CGI before Bahamut and put that money into the end of Pharos
