very glad modding is posibble here, coz there is not many open world rpgs with so many side quest, secrets etc. Already impressed, that you can have full party in towns

Already doable with cheat engine. There are even automated scripts available to make it easy.

i hope they make a mod to move the character u want in cities instead of Vaan, i would like to move Fran :D

There is a mod already on Nexus that allows you to move as your entire party at all times, even in cities etc. where you'd normally only have Vaan.
