Family sharing

I downloaded this game with family sharing, using my brother's game for it.
So the game works fine but after an hour of play I decide to stop
Try to restart it later and then it doesn't and the game tells me I have to buy
So I decide to ignore it. Try to open it today and surprisingly the game works fine

So does this game have a time limit when is played with family share?
