- Enter the numbers accordingly into the RNG helper.
- Self Hit / Cure until the "Advance to spawn'' is 0.
- Self Hit / Cure until the "Advance for result" is 0.
- A Diamond Amulet is required.

You can also just use Cheat Engine to make chests spawn 100% and contain whatever loot table you want (non-DA regular, non-DA rare, DA regular, DA rare) at will. Might be more flexible in the long run, as CE also allows you to change other things.

The OP is a bit dishonest, and most likely trying to get view on their video. You can use the RNGHelper for ANY chest though granted Gendarme is a lot easier because it spawns as a single chest in a room with no emenies (after you kill Ultima anyway). Of course there's another hard to get chest that's like that -- the Zodiac Escutcheon.
Of course there's actually a different RNG helper program (FF12PCRNGHelper -- note the spelling difference) that allows you to inject your own values which makes not just collecting but spawning anything you want trivial.
