yeah, i just lacked the patience at the time, i remember some sort of multiple hitbox shiny boss possibly crystalized or something, i watched him beat it. As for diamond armbanding, i'm glad i use the net alot now been wiking heaps of stuff i never knew before, It's crazy the strange legendaries without licenses or skins. I think i might have to learn how to exploit the rng with reks 1st save just to get them. On the other hand i just learned that i should prolly go back to area's i already have specific drops from and use the diamond armband since apparently every chest in the game has a different 'rare' drop item, including endgame gear and such.

I don't have access to the back of henne mines yet, i only have 4/13 espers (i only just left belfenhiem port in the story, didnt grab exodus yet) And the other location i havn't been to yet, the subterra? Other then that i have no idea where else i could get them, but they are on my to do list as i made fran the red/archer with remedy lore 3......

Yo. I 100%it on PS2 and plan to do it on PC too. Good times.

As far as I can tell I got 100% on the PS2 release. Currently going through it again on PS4. Once Denuvo is dropped I'll get it for PC as well and run through it again. This is my second favorite FF game after 9.

You could make one with the Bazaar, you need three Blood-stained Necklace, two Death's Head, and three Leo Gem.

Blood-stained Necklace is a rare steal and a monograph drop from Shambling Corpse in the room where Adrammelech is/was in Zertinan Caverns. Pretty easy to get since there are so many of them.

Death's Head is a monograph drop or a rare poach from Dark Skeleton in the Rustling Chapel area of Golmore Jungle which a bunch of them spawn after you've killed everything else in that area. If you chain 21 Dark Skeletons, the rare enemy Grave Lord should spawn, and a Death's Head is a common steal from it.

Leo Gem is an uncommon steal and a rare poach from Bellwyvern in the Tchita Uplands/Cerobi Steppe, and they can be found in several locations throughout these areas.

I'm planning to spend a good 200hrs on it and 100% complete it like the good ol' days, that its if it's as hard as it used to be, now with the 5X speed and lower difficulty and all of that.

I'll already 100% with 200+ hours in PS2. Oh man, I'm so happy this game has PC port. I want to try battle with Yiazmat again in one session like the old days in 3.5 hours.

Thanks for the tips, i just reached having to go to pharos today, so i have 8/13 espers, wiped on zeromus and was ceebs tryna explore under the cystal to find ultima, but i was so close to getting the larva to show up from the necrophobe farm too.

Not sure if i ever saw undead in golmore but i'll heed your advice, i REALLY want this accessory so i can beat a few things and also farm those level 83 dragons in zertinan too. I also still trying for bonebreaker, because i wanna try and reach round 90 in trial mode, i got a few tier 12 and 13 peices im missing, some weapons here and there, and still no ribbons, also possibly missed the zodiac spear.

I don't think i'll bother with 100%, i mean i'm basically upto the last dungeon area before the final boss, i have like 2 last VII marks to do, 2nd phase gilgmesh, and 2 espers, i also got about 15 trophys left to find and a couple items i didnt pick up with diamond armlet yet, and i havnt done the fishing minigame yet either.

Honestly i'll have a savefile before last boss and then beat the game and then decide on whether i'll bother going back doing everything (including the hellwyrm, tiamat and omega mark 12, wut you thought i had no idea on those?!? XD)

Or i'll be starting a new game on ff10, and doing all THAT...........................again, sigh stat breaking 3 sisters and all legendary weps, spending 100 hours in the abyss, and playing blitzball like its an ea sport.

i have found some videos that look alittle less like a load of crap then the one you link but there still in zodiac edition not original so 2 or 3 years after i had alrdy 100%ed the game twice an stopped playing an 100%ed means all quests bosses an side quests an hidden bosses an atleast one of every item (to me atleast)

Ah okay, than yea I have a save with 100%. I'm a hoarder in games like this and I took care of all the bounties and pirate den stuff quick as I could because I liked the system and put a stupid amount of hours in. Also, just to point it out I had mutiple saves, the one with a bunch of spears was just my fun save where I wanted to test this stuff out just for th hell of it (thought I made that clear but guess not). I do the same thing for all my FF games, first I beat it outright for the story, than I 100% for myself, than I screw around and try to break the game... what's the point in being overly serious after you've already beat the game twice?

As for the video, it came out in 2009 so no it isn't the Zodiac but the method was around like the first year the Original game was released, can't remember how I heard of it but I had the internet and I remembered it had something to do with crytal gaunlets... or a number of soft resets... or something idk, it was stupid long ago and I'm not even sure if the video is the same thing I did but it probably is. If you don't believe me I honestly don't care at this point as it won't change what the facts are but yea.
