Disease is a pain how do you avoid it.

I 'm at level 56 and i get disease all the time and nothing to prevent it. all my guys die from it eventually. Any suggestion i have trouble in the Giruvegan because of it.

If you have float, you can use it to avoid all traps.

Outside of that, you have a few options.

1. Remedies with Remedy Lore 3. This is available on the Archer, Machinist and Shikari boards.
2. Cleanse spell. This can be found in the Terraced Bank section of Cerobi Steppe.
3. Serum. Serum can be purchased from the air ship that travels between Nalbina Fortress to Archades. To buy it, go to the Aerodome at Nalbina Fortress and then choose to travel at leisure to Archades.

The Bubble status also prevents Disease from being applied, so having a Bubble Gambit set or having the Bubble Belt equipped prevents it.

Ok guys that's great i have bubble charm and 2 bubble belt and working on the 3rd one. The serum isn't available yet in my story . i used the levelling up tactic in the mines to get to level 56 quickly maybe it was a mistake. Thanks for your time.

The serum should be available in the flight between Nalbina and Archades, which is already available for you. Visit the item shops during the flight.

This game is more about equipment and setup, so levels matter much less than in a typical FF game in the way that you can no longer steamroll bosses with grinding, if your character build and strategy are inefficient.
