Help with gil snapper?
Hello guys, I have a problem with this hunt: I finished the game, I'm at lvl 99 and in giza plain never rains (I'm trying to get out and get in again few times but nothing). How can I do it now? I'm blocked

The weather cycle in Giza is on a timer. It shifts from 1 hour of rain to 2 hours of dry, based on in-game time. You can talk to one of the Seeqs near the South Gate to get an idea how close you are to a shift.

Alternatively, there's also a mod now that can allow you to shift the weather at will.

EDIT: or if you mean the actual zone with the Gil Snapper in it, just keep trying. Sometimes it simply takes a while it's random there's no special trick to it.

wait where is this Seeqs? Anyway I found the npc (for accepting the quest) in the middle of the map but she doesn't accept the mission because it isn't raining, lol..

The Seeq is wandering around at the Rabanstre South Gate.

Ok I did it, now I need to talk with the girl but she isn't there, probably I need to wait the good season and not dry!
I want to ask you another question: I found 1 ribbon in Pharos and I'm trying to get the 2nd in the Henne Mines (when the chest don't appear, I quit the game and then reload, it works right?), but still nothing :(, can you give me some tips?

You fight Gil Snapper in the rainy season, but after that you need to wait for the dry season to get your reward.

Chests respawn every time you enter a zone. You don't need to quite the game to reset chests - just leave the current zone, and go back in. To reset enemies, you need to leave the zone, and then leave the NEXT zone as well and come back (two zone transitions). But for chests, you only need to leave the zone once and can go back immediately.

Some chests have pretty low chances of showing up so it may take a long time to get.

Oh really? So I need to leave the place and return it? I always think that I need to go back like 3 areas and come back to respawn the chest. Ty anyway!

They changed it for this version. Chests = leave one area, Monsters = leave two areas.

Hello again, I took the 2nd ribbon, for the 3rd you reccomend Cerobi Stepper with ring equipped?
Hinnyuu Mar 28, 2020 @ 5:09pm
Ribbons are overkill in this game imo. It's super easy to just swap accessories to what's needed as protection when it happens.

The Cerobi lottery is just not worth the time it takes to get anything.
