How much more damage does berserk make you do?

I can't seem to find the exact number anywhere. Also it supposedly gives a haste effect as well, anyone know the number there?

Berserk is +50% damage and +50% ATB charge speed.

It's the most powerful buff for attackers by a good margin.

The charge speed stacks with Haste.
