Demon wall missable?

Just hit the Demon wall in Raithwall. c. lvl21, haven't picked up quickenings. (Would rather have second class so I don't mess up quickening allocation.) Search suggests something useful drops if you kill it. If I run away now, can I come back and get it later?

Nothing important is missable in this game, only a few very minor scenes mostly. Also the first demon wall doesn't give a drop directly but rather beating it opens a hidden path to a chest that may contain a slightly strong sword at that point. I've always just come back later though by then you probably won't need that sword at all.

The chest after the first demon wall had a chance to contain a Demonsbane sword in the original version; it's a guaranteed scathe mote now. Hardly worth going there in the first place, if you're not interested in a completionist playthrough. It's not even a separate map area.
