However, there is another source of Wyvern Wing available before the Tomb, from the Mark "Wyvern Lord". It's a rare steal, though, so it takes a long time to get two. It might just be easier to wait a bit for the story progression and get the easier ones in Ozmone.

Mosphoran Highwastes is naturally more difficult, as it is intended for later in the story. There's several areas that open after Raithwall's Tomb and can be explored well before the story would take you there naturally - and some that you would never visit naturally at all (like the Nabreus Deadlands/the Necrohol of Nabudis, which are a significant challenge if you go there right after the Tomb).
Or, you're an explorer that ends up there naturally and is all like "WTF, that pigmy just one shot my entire team!" (Ok, slight Exaggeration due to the existance of Bomb King, but yeah, it's not THAT unnatural).
