penelo white mage/knight, knight/samurai or white mage/archer?

would this combo good? I'm planning on using :
Ashe= Samurai/Hunter
Fran= Black mage/Time mage

can't think of a job combo for penelo x.x

Knight/Bushi is one of the better combos to be sure, one of the very best, in fact. Knight/White Mage is pretty redundant (Knight/Black Mage would be a lot better), and White Mage/Archer lacks any real amount of synergy (White Mage/Machinist does better in that respect, or Red Battlemage/Archer if you want to use Archer).

ok I made up my mind and actually going with
Vaan red mage/archer
balthier machinist/breaker
basch ulhan/monk
penelo white mage/knight for exaclibur+white robes combo even if it's not optimal, kinda fits in imo
ash samu/hunter
fran time mage/black mage
