Diamond Armlet kind of useless?? Treasure effect not worth it?
I was able to find the early one and have been wearing it, and starting to realize while in The Raithwall Tomb, the gold and knots of rust it mainly drops at least at this point, are not worth what it is over-writting.

So am I not understanding its worth or is it just something only worth it later on?

Its worth it if you know when to use it.

All chest have 2 set of drops. Normal and Diamond Armlet drops.
Those are divided into gil, common and rare drops.

So a normal chest might give you a weapon normally, will not give it with diamond armlet equipped because its a copletely diferent set of drops.

So knowing before hand what each chest drops helps a lot, for example, cerobi steppe further in the game is a place where the armlet can be used safely since all its chest have a "diamond set" full of high end equipment.

But drop rates are small too, we talking 5% of getting gear, with chest spawning from 10 to 30% of the times you enter each map.

In the end it all depends on how willing you are to spend hours reseting chest and opening them to get rarer gear at some determined chest, personally not worth it.

Tho, rusts and meteorites have uses, they do damage, even if small, rust damage adds up to an esper ultimate move later on which was the highest hitting move in the whole game, idk if thats the case still tho.

That is the problem, it’s useless for a normal player because it is never explained in the game itself, also everything is for real KoR or meteorite, except cerrobi steppe to which you get at least 5% chance of real rare item

So basically using it early not bad, but less worth then not using it and using it later. Yeh thats kind of what I thought but I wasn't sure, I was looking and I know for some places, its probably better getting knots of rust and gil more often then a potion, but in a place like Tomb I am thinking better that I don't use it >.<.

So basically I need to look at where its best to use it.

You can also farm it up in the first stage of the trial mode and sell it for early money, 6000 gil each XD

haha how early is it best to use Trial Mode? I am very new to this game so I am unsure what best to do ._.

Yeh I havent ever used the Dustia method of grinding yet >.< I am 21-22 range from just the Skelly farming in the Mine, and just sand sea grinding my butt off.

Not sure its worth it yet, though maybe I should depend if it still be worth anything.

Right now I just wanna get the most out the Tomb I can before moving on and classing out every one with there second classes.

Not power leveling just not trying to be too weak to do the hunts and stuff as I get them. I don't think 22 is power levels for rathwall from what I understand >.< since people will like suggest farming with Dustia till 30 before even getting penplo lol.

the diamond armlet does make you immune to lightning and it sells for 6,000

Well, in my case i did some LP farming in the first 15 stages of the trial mode, that allowed me to explore the deepest parts of the Barheim passage, you find some awesome weapons and equipments here for early gameplay, like your very first ninja sword or a hand-axe called Francisca with a very decent attack also you can farm the deathsword here from a rare game mob, and for experience the place is great, the skeletons give you like 800 exp per head.
