Wich quickening licenses and espers should i pick for these jobs?

Okay im still early in the game (characters lvl 20-25) and i still haven´t picked a single quickening license for any of my characters, so i come here looking for advice, my future job lineup:

Vaan: Shikari/Foebreaker
Basch: Knight/Bushi
Panelo: Monk/Black Mage
Fran:Archer/Red Mage
Ashe: White mage/Time mage
Balthier: Bushi/Monk

I also would like to ask wich esper should i set in each character :3

Not completely the same line up but very similar

Vaan Shakari/breaker Q4*, Belias, Zalera
Balthier WM/Machanist Q3, Famfrit, Zodiark
Fran archer/RM Q1,Q2,Q4, Shemhazai, Cuchulainn, Ultima
Basch knight/samurai Q2,Q3,Q4, Mateus, Hashmal, Exodus
Ashe uhlan/TM Q3, Adrammelech, Zeromus
Penelo monk/BM Q2,Q4, Chaos

*You need to pick 2 of Q1-3, but make sure to get Q4

Just always keep one save live before you start Espers placement and you then have a fall back save.
