STUCK ON FAST FORWARD X2 OR X4

I start the game and I'm stuck in fast forward mode. I try to hit F1 and 3 and 4 with my controller off and use L1 with controller and nothing. WTF?

Try the settings within the game, accessible from Config. If that doens't work, exit the game and go to Documents and delete the config files there and the ones in the install folder. You will know them by .ini file names.

Posting this here for anyone else that gets this issue, even though the thread is old --- the games starts in 30 frames and if you don't change it, it can conflict with your PC settings, making the game go "faster". Change it to 60 frames under graphic settings in the game and it fixes it.
