Razer Wildcat controller won't work why....[SOLVED]

So, razer wildcat xbox one controller wont work at all, however a regular xbox one controller will. anyone happen to know why, or how to fix?

feel sorry man,, but my razer sabertooth is doing well.. maybe u need to install razer synapse. just my thought.

I have a razer wild cat and it works just fine, no problems at all. I did have to create a custom controller configuration in the big picture steam overlay though

For some reason the controller isn't even detected in big picture mode
