Semclam, Nebralim and Valeblossom is it possible to keep any?
Is it possible to keep any copy of these items for yourself? Obviously delivering some to finish the sick patient quest.

Only if you cheat in such a way that you get more than necessary (or infinite items). Otherwise, no.

Yeah, just tested picking 4 semclam leaving 1 in the village, after delivering the 4, the remaining dissapeared making it impossible.

Well, ill guess i have to threat the Barheim Key as 3 in 1 item xD
