Specifically the menu rules. The pop up box that wont let you close the menu with more than 3 active characters in your party (the 3 character limit prompt), or that moves and locks a guest character into an active slot. You can use the cheat engine party editor to temporary by-pass both.. but as soon as you open the menu it will override these changes.

Ah, that's probably the case. I thought you were asking about the menu as such. There is a lot of different threads in this discussion, sometimes it's getting a little bit hard to follow ;) .
I'm quite sure you can force add a guest from within a game script (I've been messing with it on PS2 and accidentally managed to add Larsa by misplacing section of one event file into another), but not much more, eg. not modify the way menus behave.

Firstly, I design, sketch the outfit, to get a general idea of how I want it to fit the model. This allows me to make note of appropriate size and shape; width and length and the more like. Yes it is possible for a Basch in Gabranth's armor costume, and even the ending hair cut. Luckily, Basch's hair doesn't have a sea of bones~not as many stands.
After I finish Ashe, I'm finishing Fran; if that's a real costume request for Basch, make note of it on page.

Nah i was talking about the page where the person you was talking about messed up your Project. And Good Progress so far. I don't wanna like seeing Iconic characters Naked. It ruins my Visions of them.

Yeah because i don't know her/him's gender and i don't wanna get anybody triggered. And do all cutscene judges have fmv Models? like The Judges without there helmets? Because if so that might be cool to do too make there unmasked Models be playable with my Mod.

Did they patch the VBF Browser? No mods I inject ever show up in-game, and I'm positive I'm doing this correctly.

It also takes an absurd amount of time to extract and inject, is it supposed to be like this?

There were a few bugs, it should be fixed

Make sure you're running it as an admin. I was having the same issue.

I've been using this mod since its release, but only now have I got far into the game and realized there are spells missing. Black/White Magick 10 aren't on the board. Just what I noticed so far. How to fix this?

Reset back to the normal board and use Cheat Engine 6.7, table file can be found on Fearless Revolution.

With this CT I'd be able to learn all licenses even with the old board? I'm not a big fan of cheats though. :(
