What are the in-game cheats and controls?

For both KB and controllers? (So I don't hit them when I don't mean to)

the cheats are in the Config menu you cant activate then by button you have to select it.

Right but there is a speed up if I hit a Function key or Gamepad Trigger buttons, that's a major concern.
