Everybody's armour/clothing is showing up purely as black. No textures.

Was wondering if anybody else was having this issue, if there's a way to fix it, or if it's my terrible graphics card. If it's the card, that's fine. But I'm really hoping that if it isn't the card then maybe there's a way to fix it. My graphics card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. Please, let me know.

Minimum requirements is GeForce 660, an integrated graphics card like Intel HD isn't even close.

I tried that. Nothing was missing. I messed with the settings, I changed things, and I turned them back to default. Nothing seemed to fix it. I am currently redownloading the game to see if that fixes the issue. Won't know for a while.

Sadly I think the issue is with your integrated graphics. Is this a pc or laptop? If a pc you will need a proper video card.

This is a laptop... And I was so looking forward to this game. I mean, it's playable.. It just doesn't wanna load the 'skins' of npcs. It's loaded Vaan though for some reason.

Huh, well in that case it might be something else. Have you tried updating your drivers?

Doesn't matter if it's a laptop, min requirements is 2GB of video ram. (Seperate from system ram) That's whiy textures aren't loading for you, not enough video ram.

You can try yto see iof your laptop's bios lets you allocate shared system ram to video memory, and bump it up to 2GB (if you even have enough remaining system memory to run windows and the game that is)

I think it's a video graphics card issue, to be honest. Mine's terribad. Spent most of my time messing with settings than I was actually playing the game. Probably just gonna try refunding it.
